ATLANTA CITY COURT FACILITY

E.R. Mitchell Construction Company is providing Design/Build/Finance assistance on the $55 million, 200,000 square foot, six -story new court facility. The building will include eleven courtrooms and administrative and support areas. The top floor will be shelled out so that four additional courtrooms can be added in the future. The site will include parking for approximately 150 vehicles with secured parking for the judges. The project will also include a tunnel to the existing Atlanta Pre-trial Detention facility.
