The ERM team provided FCS with construction management at risk services for the construction of Campbell Elementary School in South Fulton County . Campbell Elementary School provides twenty-four K-5 classrooms, four special education classrooms, two teacher workrooms, a media center, home training center, music laboratory, band room, conference areas, dining, kitchen and other support facilities.

The design utilizes the existing gymnasium. The classroom wing layout is unique to the Fulton County new school program and the building replaced the existing building on the site. The structure consists of masonry bearing walls with steel roof trusses on a single level.
