As President/CEO, Mr. Mitchell is responsible for strategic planning, evaluating investment opportunities, preparing quarterly and annual production and financial forecasts, internal and external financing, developing and implementing marketing strategy, wage and salary administration, procurement and construction management.  Mr. Mitchell has successfully completed more than $2 billion worth of projects.

Mr. Mitchell has more than 25 years of program management, design/build, construction management, and general contracting experience. He has worked in the areas of cost estimating, value engineering, project management, superintendence, project scheduling, procurement, contract negotiations.  He has also worked on client relations, TQM, and partnering programs.  Mr. Mitchell has experience on educational, correctional and health facilities, housing, transportation, environmental, industrial and sport facilities, materials and move management and military complexes.

Mr. Mitchell serves on boards and is heavily involved in many charitable organizations.  He is a tireless community volunteer and activist.
